Randall’s Refund & Exchange Policy

 

In addition to your Statutory Rights, & Manufacturer’s Warranties, should you change your mind we will happily exchange your purchase or issue a store credit based on the following conditions:

1. The item and the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase to the store of purchase.
2. The item must be in original condition, not worn or washed, as purchased, with all labels/tickets still attached. Boots will need to be as new in box We do not offer a refund for change of mind.
   Items specifically ordered in for customers are not accepted for return
